CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
After attending two sessions of classes, no refund will be given. For private mentoring, no refund will be given after four sessions or 30 days. For in-school programming, no refunds will be issued after the contract has been signed by both parties.
In lieu of a cash refund, we offer class credits that can be used toward future classes and sessions. These credits have no cash value, must be booked within 60 days of issuance, and are non-transferable. Special circumstances may be considered but are ultimately at the discretion of Gates Institutes. If the 60-day policy is not adhered to, the client’s “refund credit” will be permanently forfeited.

We endeavor to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be clear in explaining the Service, please do not assume that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time, we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
